The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of William Winistok can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

David Turner

Bill was a wonderful colleague and an inspiration to us all. He tirelessly assisted in the Operating Room at all hours of the day and night because he cared and wanted to be helpful.It was a real blessing to have him in the room on a number of occasions because he was unflappable. His quiet manner and his dry wit was the source of many a smile and he will be sorely missed. Janice, Im sorry I was unable to attend the service but I was driving back to BC.
