Condolence: Bill was a wonderful colleague and an inspiration to us all. He tirelessly assisted in the Operating Room at all hours of the day and night because he cared and wanted to be helpful.It was a real blessing to have him in the room on a number of occasions because he was unflappable. His quiet manner and his dry wit was the source of many a smile and he will be sorely missed.
Janice, Im sorry I was unable to attend the service but I was driving back to BC.
My thoughts are with all of his family at this difficult time.

Condolence From: Cliff and Bev Bergman
Condolence: Janice, John, Eileen and Joe, we were saddened to hear of the sudden death of Bill. We were privileged to know Bill as both a member of our congregation when we were in Brandon, but also as a friend. We remember so many good times together. Bill was usually quiet and didn't have a great deal to say, but when he did, it was always worth hearing. While today Bill is with the Lord, whom he served throughout his life, you are left coping with your tremendous loss, for his death leaves such a huge void behind. Our prayer is that God will reach down and minister to you and comfort you. We trust God will fill you with His Spirit.

Condolence: A truly professional surgeon to work with. Qiet and soft spoken but always respectful of the nurses he worked with. Dr. Winistok was a very caring doctor with his patients and always listened to nurses conserns re his patients. We were very fortunate to have him practice in our hospital. He will truly be missed.
