The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Sincere sympathy to all of Mr. Potter's family. I have remembered him fondly over the years. He gave me my first job at Potter, Thornborough, Sheldon & George. My interview with him was an original! He sat behind his massive desk - I could barely see him over the piles of files - looked at me, gave that little smile, and said, "Ok. Talk." Yikes!! I was 18 years old, nervous and shy. I simply babbled. I'm sure he couldn't have been impressed with my intelligence, so he must have hired me out of pity! One of a kind!!
