On Wednesday, September 14, 2016, Marjorie Minnie Woods, age 88 years, widow of the late Ivan Woods and mother of Gordon, Nelson and Gary, passed away at her residence, Hillcrest Place Personal Care Home. The Funeral Service will take place at Memories Chapel, 330 18th Street North on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Milo Spooner Craig officiating. A reception will follow at Memories Chapel. Family and friends will gather on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Shoal Lake Cemetery, Shoal Lake, Manitoba, for interment. Donations in memory of Marjorie may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Unit A1-800 Rosser Avenue, Brandon, Manitoba R7A 6N5.
