We are very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Our deepest sympathy to your family during this sad time. Billy and I went to David Livingstone school from Grade one to five. I still remember the great times we had growing up in the North End of the city. Billy had a love for race cars, and during our school years, billy often talked about having his own car. Im going to miss the conversations we had about racing, always enjoys that time. God speed my friend,,,,,
