Journey Through Grief Seminar Series - Memories Chapel & Pre-Planning Centre

As part of our ongoing commitment to helping families heal, Memories Chapel is pleased to present a five part series entitled “The Journey Through Grief.”  This seminar series is offered, at no charge, twice each year, in the Spring and Fall, giving those in grief an opportunity to share their loss story.

Discussion at this series centers around acknowledging the death, embracing the pain of the loss, discovering a new identity, the search for meaning, as well as receiving and giving support.

Acknowledging the reality of the death in a non-threatening environment is a first step on the road to healing. Realizing the remaining memories should be cherished while developing a new self-identity are paramount in the grieving process.  The search for meaning in life is common and finding something to live for are areas that cannot be overlooked.  Developing on-going support is important whether it be with relatives and friends or perhaps new-found friends made at this series.  Many attendees have commented that they have new-found hope following their attendance at this seminar series. It is our hope that you will invest your time in this seminar as you process your grief.

For more information on our next seminars series, please contact us.
