I was devastated today to hear of Wanda's passing. Wanda was a huge part of my life growing up and beyond. She was my babysitter for over 10 years than I became her sitter for Ashley than Nichole and Evan. She helped me through many tough moments in my childhood and allowed me to be a part of her family. She taught me many things including allowing me to to have my first job at The Jig and Rig! Spending many many days with Ashley in the hospital after her accident. Being priveledged to be a part of her world was amazing. She always had a huge smile, unforgettable laugh and a heart of gold! She will be greatly missed. My heart and mind are with Ashley, Nichole and Evan... I miss you and love you all!

I am Wanda Christmas Elf, Sarina. I would like to think I asked Wanda to look at a very sad time in her life through eyes of a grandmother rather than a hurting wife and mother. Wanda in return showed me that looking at the world through the eyes of a patient mother and a friend. So for the friend I will surely miss and confidant when I did not know who to turn too.

Wanda's laugh will be missed but her grace will remain...at a very low period in my life many didn't know what to say or do. Wanda marched right through my pain with a hug I will always treasure.
