Condolences

Condolence From: Cliff & Bev Bergman
Condolence: Bev and I have rich memories of Ben from our 13 years in MDAC. He was committed to the Lord and an integral part of the Church where he served faithfully for decades. We both had many opportunities to work with Ben and he always sought to bring out the best in us. I remember our many hours putting together radio programs and planning for sound system changes. Ben spent countless hours, most of which the congregation was unaware of, maintaining and revising the sound system of the Church as needed, such that we always had great "sound". When the Church didn't have all the equipment needed, Ben provided it. Ben had a sharp mind and was perceptive and meticulous, consequently he often generated some very though provoking conversation. When it came to knowing correct grammatical usage, Ben was always the man to turn to for the final word. Ben will be greatly missed; He had so many great qualities and was a faithful servant of the Lord.

Condolence: Dear Martha and Family,
Our sincere condolences on the passing of Ben. It has been a privilege knowing Ben these past 30 years. We will remember him for his quick wit, his sense of humour, and the pride he had in his garden and orchard. We enjoyed the times we shared at "Shady Lane Teahouse" and the fun we had playing SKIP-BO (he always won).

Sincerely
Arlene and Jack Elves
