Condolence From: Cristina Chotka
Condolence: Sonia, I'm very sorry for your loss. You don't know me well, but you and Leo certainly are memorable for me. I worked at Zellers, and it was always a highlight when you and Leo were in the store. You were both always very kind and friendly, and Leo often said something hilarious or had an interesting story about his life. Really appreciated you both.

Condolence From: Meryl Orth
Condolence: Dear Sonia and Family,

I was deeply saddened to learn of your loss of Mr. M as he was known by all the children in his role as custodian. He always had a joke, his smile was contagious, and his work was done to perfection. I was privileged to work with him, and he always made school fun even for the teachers. May you find comfort in warm memories and in knowing others sympathize and care. With sincere condolences, Meryl Orth

Condolence: Dear Sonia and all of your family,
Although I had a short visit with him at the hospital, I was devastated to read of Leo's passing in the Saturday paper. Precious memories flooded my mind as I fondly recalled our days together at George Fitton School. Not only was Leo an immaculate "schoolkeeper" custodian, he was a leader in our school. His presence was a gift. Not only did he love his job, he loved, respected and served as a role model to all our students sharing his patience, humour and kindness to everyone and engaging our students with Frisky, the squirrel. It was truly God's blessing to have such a true gentleman in our lives.
Our deepest sympathy to each of you in this devastating loss.
With love, Pat and Cliff

Condolence: Dear Sonia and family.
My condolences on Leo’s passing. Leo was a great inspiration to me and was instrumental in making me a better musician. He taught me the meaning of “Oomph” which enhanced the music I played. He also taught me that there was more than three chords to most songs. I will never forget this.
