Obituary for Bradley Michael Yarish

Bradley Michael Yarish
Peacefully, on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, Bradley Michael Yarish passed away in Brandon, Manitoba. He was born on October 26, 1958 to Dave and Ruby Yarish. Brad spent his entire life in Brandon attending Riverview, Earl Haig and BCI schools. After high school Brad attended ACC where he received his welding diploma. Together Brad and Wendy raised their two sons in Brandon where he felt most at home in the East End. He was employed as a welder for a couple businesses in Brandon until he started his career with CP Rail on the B&B gang. Friendships were made over 20 years that were important, so frequent phone calls and coffee visits happened right up until he passed. Brad took great pride in anything he set out to accomplish whether it was gardening, home repair or fixing up a yard sale find. He was a very talented carpenter and furniture maker spending many hours in his garage working on the latest project. In Brad's younger days he was an avid baseball player; he loved the game and shared his passion with his sons playing catch by the hours in the backyard. He will be remembered by most for his dry sense of humor and telling it like it is. Brad was predeceased by his father Dave whom was a positive influence in his life. They shared many happy times together whether it was a hunting road trip or a get away to the cabin in Oak Lake. Brad will join his son Brian in a better place. The family feels comfort in knowing they will be together with Brad's brothers Doug and Paul and his father. Brad is survived by his loving son Brett from Vancouver, BC. He was very proud of Brett's accomplishments, independent nature and love for family. Also surviving are Brad's mother Ruby - his support and caring system; his best friend and brother David as well as his sister Leanne and younger brother Bruce. Brad leaves behind many extended family members. The family would like to acknowledge the compassion and care shown by Dr. Duncan, Dr. McIntyre and Kevin Kennedy. Words are not enough to thank you for your professionalism and friendship to Brad and the Yarish family over the years. Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held at a later date. Donations in memory of Brad may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, #3-2430 Victoria Avenue. Brandon, Manitoba R7B 0M5.

Rest in Peace Brad
Love you Dad
